What is assistance with Social and Community Participation?
This individual support is to assist you participate in community activities that you are interested in or enjoy and not able to participate in independently around Melbourne, regional Victoria, Sydney, regional New South Wales and Brisbane and regional Queensland.
Our support worker will assist you in joining group activities in the community, general community participation while ensuring you get to your desired destination and back home safely. Our support workers could also provide you with company to do something you enjoy like going to the movies or out for lunch to make new friends.
By accessing this support, you will be able to work towards achieving your goal of increasing your social and community participation, and possibly form new relationships in your local community. We can assist you work out whether this is funded in your NDIS Plan.

Community participation is an important service for many of our participants because it is a way of remaining connected with the places and people that are important to them.
